Chef Pablo

We pride ourselves on our traditional approach to Spanish and, specifically, Basque cuisine. To this effect, we are proud to have the likes of Chef Pablo to be the head chef of this restaurant. Born in Bilbao, Pablo’s Basque roots and passion for cooking were evident in his cooking for family which led him down the path of the culinary arts, which led him to set up a restaurant in Madrid. Now in Manila for 2 years, thanks to the efforts of the former owners, he continues to create traditional Spanish and Basque dishes that highlight some of our premium ingredients from Spain.
