Our Story

We love food. And the best food can be found in the Basque region of Spain, specifically a town called Donostia, also known as San Sebastian. This was the inspiration for the name of our restaurant, although our dishes themselves come from all over Spain. We serve the food we ourselves enjoy eating. We like to think of every customer as a guest at our homeand at our table. We hope you enjoy your meal as much as we enjoy serving it to you.

As some of you may know, we have entered into new management and are under the M Group, also known for M Dining and Bar M. This exciting development means that we can provide our clientele with an improved and more varied selection from all the wine growing regions in the world. As part of this, we have decided to introduce our catering services for any and all occasions, special or not.

Specially Made

We offer specially made sausages like diablitos and butifarra at our restaurant. Cordero lechal (baby lamb) and chuletitas (little lamb ribs) are just some of the ingredients you will find being cooked in our Josper oven, a special cooking implement that brings out the full enticing qualities of our meats.

Our Beer

Another thing we pride ourselves on is our draft beer. This is due to the Celli beer taps we use that allow us to pour a high or low pressured frosty San Miguel beer. This method sets us apart from any other bar in the country.
